Getting back in the routine feels good

Ok, I'm finally getting back into the routine of things, the routine of running, exercising, and trying to get some pounds off.  I ran 3 times last week (okay, for getting back into it) which was 3.2 miles, 4 miles, then 2 miles.  So a total of 9.2 miles.  I'm hoping to increase that this week.  Last week I was out of town Wed - Sat on a fishing trip to Lake Michigan which was awesome and I will post pictures later.  This week we are leaving Wed and will not be back until next Wed.  Heading to the condo in FL but there I will still be able to run and workout.  I actually do better there then at home! 

Trying to stay focused!!!.......
